
2 mild chillies
1 medium red onion
2 large garlic
2 tsp of ginger
1 tsp turmeric
1 heaped tbsp of Goan spice
2 tsp of mustard seeds
Chop and fry in 1tbsp of coconut oil
Add 1/2 bag of curly kale
2 tbsp of coconut cream
2 chopped tomatoes
1 cup of red lentils
1 tbsp osem chicken stock (vegan)
1tsp of Himalayan salt or sea salt
Stir and add 3 cups of boiling water
Cook for 15mins and eat
