Hello! I am Lisa Ellis, founder of the Karma Mama. I'm a holistic therapist and wellness coach with 29yrs of experience. My career includes running a successful award winning holistic therapy business within the BBC, running a mobile massage service for mums and now running a variety of wellness workshops.  The Karma Mama is now a Wellness solution, a place to grow, embrace serenity and see the beauty within you through yoga, meditation, massage, healing and more....
