Service Description
Practical meditation teaching for people who have tried and struggled, or never known where to begin. Rather than a guided session you follow along to, this is coaching. You'll be taught techniques, shown how to work with a wandering mind instead of fighting it, and given something you can actually keep up on your own afterwards. Live by video, one-to-one, so it works wherever you are — outside our travel area, abroad, or simply on a week when having someone in the house isn't what you want.
Cancellation Policy
You will be charged the full treatment price for late cancellation (within 12hrs of the start time of the treatment) If you have booked and paid for your appointment and cancelled within 24hrs 50% will be taken from your appointment total. Contact 07931 384 242 to receive this amount back.
