Service Description
A private yoga practice shaped around your body on the day, closing with a sound bath of singing bowls and chimes while you rest. Movement first, then complete stillness. The sound works on the nervous system in a way that lying down alone doesn't quite manage, and coming to it after moving means the body has already started to let go. One of our most-booked sessions for people who can never switch off. We bring the mat, the bowls and everything else, to your home across London and Kent.
Cancellation Policy
You will be charged the full treatment price for late cancellation (within 12hrs of the start time of the treatment) If you have booked and paid for your appointment and cancelled within 24hrs 50% will be taken from your appointment total. Contact 07931 384 242 to receive this amount back.
