Service Description

A private yoga session over video, built around what your body needs that day rather than a fixed class plan. Useful when getting out of the house is not realistic, or you are away from home and want to keep something going. Lisa can see and correct your alignment as she would in the room. You will need a mat and enough floor space to lie down with arms out.

Cancellation Policy

You will be charged the full treatment price for late cancellation (within 12hrs of the start time of the treatment) If you have booked and paid for your appointment and cancelled within 24hrs 50% will be taken from your appointment total. Contact 07931 384 242 to receive this amount back.
