With 29 years of experience in coaching and therapies, I have run numerous workshops and retreats, particularly for women navigating the challenges of peri-menopause and menopause. Having personally experienced menopause at 53, I understand the struggles that come with this transition.


I want to share my journey and the insights I've gained along the way. It wasn’t easy for me at first. I gained 2 stone, and despite my commitment to daily exercise, I struggled to lose the weight. It wasn’t until I embraced a holistic approach that I began to see real change.

Through this journey, I have lost the weight, released a lot of my trauma, and rediscovered my vitality. Now, I feel alive again! My mission is to pass on all the knowledge I have acquired, hoping that you will feel the same sense of empowerment and rejuvenation. 🙏❤️
