About the Event
This is an inclusive event for all levels to revitalise and rejuvenate the body, mind and soul.
We will be located in the Woodfield park inside the Welsh Harp reservoir. There is parking at this site. Please bring a mat. If you don’t have a mat please let me know and I will bring what you need.
