About the Event
There will be a meditation session at lunchtime on Thursday the 23rd from 1-1.45pm next to the Pheonix canoe centre in the Welsh Harp reservoir North London or on the KARMA MAMA PAGE on Facebook. This is a FUNDED event and all are welcome KUNDALINI mediation with seated CHI BREATHING session to remove stress and leave you peaceful 🙏 call 07931 384 242 for more information.
