Your bespoke programme may include a combination of: Group yoga sessions (Kundalini, Hatha, Yin, or gentle movement) Guided meditation (active or seated) Breathwork and relaxation techniques Reiki and crystal therapy Tibetan or crystal sound bath Mini massage or chair massage treatments Self-massage techniques using aromatherapy oils Group relaxation and connection circle All retreats include a freshly prepared vegetarian meal, creating a complete and restorative shared experience without the need to travel.
