This nurturing experience is delivered in the comfort of your own home and can be enjoyed with your baby or children present, allowing your wellbeing to fit around your family life. Your tailored retreat may include a combination of: Active or seated guided meditation Pregnancy or postnatal yoga Tibetan or crystal sound therapy Reiki healing Pregnancy or postnatal massage Baby massage guidance Gentle breathwork and relaxation techniques Nutrition and lifestyle support Ayurvedic-inspired treatments Each session is planned with you in advance and adapted on the day to suit your energy levels, recovery needs, and personal goals. Your retreat also includes a freshly prepared vegetarian lunch, creating a calm and restorative experience without the need to travel. Sessions are delivered one-to-one in your home or another suitable location. Practical Information Parking will be required to allow transport of specialist equipment. Cancellation Policy
You will be charged the full treatment price for late cancellation (within 12hrs of the start time of the treatment) If you have booked and paid for your appointment and cancelled within 24hrs 50% will be taken from your appointment total. Contact 07931 384 242 to receive this amount back.
