Rebirthing breathwork is a faster paced, guided breathing practice designed to create body awareness and emotional release. It is a very effective technique to release trauma stored in the body. During this one-to-one session, you will be supported through a continuous breathing technique that encourages calm focus and helps the body release tension. Reiki support will be incorporated throughout the session to enhance relaxation. This experience is delivered at your pace, within a safe and supportive environment, and includes time for grounding and reflection at the end of the session. Clients often choose this session to support: Stress reduction Trauma release Emotional balance Relaxation and mental clarity Improved breathing awareness Rebirthing breathwork is a complementary wellbeing practice and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
