Service Description

Gather with friends or your antenatal group for a relaxed, supportive baby massage session delivered in the comfort of your home. This guided class teaches gentle, safe massage techniques that parents can confidently continue using with their babies. The session is designed to support bonding, relaxation and routine while helping parents feel more confident responding to their baby’s needs. Suitable for groups of 4–7 parents and babies. During the session you will learn techniques that may help: Encourage relaxation and better sleep Support digestion and comfort Strengthen parent–baby bonding Create calming routines Build confidence in handling and soothing your baby Parents are encouraged to participate at their own pace, with plenty of time for questions and guidance. Optional Add-On: Your group can extend the experience by adding a 1-hour chair massage or relaxation session for parents following the class (additional £150).
