Group Massage Workshop for Events

Service Description

A professionally facilitated group experience where participants learn simple, safe massage techniques in a relaxed and supportive environment. All participants are clothed, and oil or cream is applied to exposed areas such as arms, feet, face, and head if requested. During the session, your space is prepared as a comfortable, well-being setting, while the practitioner demonstrates easy-to-follow methods for giving and receiving gentle seated or partner massage. Participants take turns practising techniques under supervision. Pre-blended aromatherapy oils may be used to enhance relaxation, and all guidance is adapted to suit the comfort level of the group. Participation is always optional. This session is ideal for: Team-building and staff wellbeing events Community or social groups Private celebrations Learning practical self-care skills No prior experience is required.
