Deep tissue massage 120 focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slower strokes and deep finger pressure. Hot stones can be used to relax the muscles and give a deeper treatment. You also have a choice of adding either hot stones or massage gun to your treatment.
