121 yoga - Vinyasa flow yoga and pranayama for beginners and intermediate level. This class is tailor-made for your individual needs and includes pranayama breath work techniques followed by an optional sound bath. You can book a class or a series of yoga classes. If you need to use a chair we will adapt the sequence to your needs. I have a disablility, can I still practise yoga? Yes of course. Your yoga session will be adapted to your needs. This session also includes chair yoga if you are in a wheelchair or have limited mobility Which should be done first, yoga or pranayama? The ideal way is to do pranayama before doing yoga asanas. Pranayama helps prepare the body and mind for the physical practice by calming and quietening the mind, so that the asanas can be done in a focussed manner. What is the correct sequence of yoga? Start with gentle stretching before warming up with some standing postures or sun salutations. Move into deeper poses, such as backbends and hamstring stretches, once you are fully warm. End the practice by cooling down with some relaxing poses (such as forward bends or gentle twists) before settling into savasana. What are the benefits of 1 1 yoga?
