21st JUNE
6pm arrival, intros, manifestations and tea
7-8pm dinner - Indian Ayurvedic Thali and Dessert with Strawberries and cream to mark
the full strawberry moon
8-9pm Reiki healing and Sound bath circle with Full moon manifestation on the beach

22nd JUNE
9-10am breakfast
10-11am Beach time
11-12pm Tantric Yoga and Pranayama focus on the solar plexus
1pm-2pm jacket potatoes with various fillings
2-5.30pm Beach/swim/free time
5.30-7pm Cacao ceremony followed by Kundalini Meditation with woodland themed guided visualization
7-8pm dinner - Pan Asian feast and Dessert
8-9.15pm Guided Group massage circle with Hot stones and aromatherapy experience
